Terms of Use

General

By using TimmyTekkaz software products ("Products"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them — no hard feelings.

Licence grant

Products marked as proprietary are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase (or download, if free), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for personal or commercial music production.

Products marked as open source are distributed under their respective licences (see Licenses section below).

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble proprietary Products
• Redistribute proprietary Products or share licence keys
• Use any Product for illegal purposes

Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TimmyTekkaz (Classic Stu Limited) is not liable for any damages arising from the use of any Product. We do our best to make things that work well, but audio software is complex and we can't guarantee perfection.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

From the website: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). No cookies, no tracking scripts, no analytics platforms.

From our products: Nothing. Our audio plugins and desktop applications do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. They don't phone home. They don't have telemetry. They work offline.

From purchases: Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We receive your email address and purchase details for licence fulfilment. We do not store payment card information.

How we use your data

Email addresses from purchases are used solely for licence delivery and critical product updates (e.g., security patches). We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Data sharing

We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments through our payment provider.
